Exchanges and Returns
Products purchased from our website may be returned for any reason within 7 days following delivery. Returned products must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached.

Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked mail.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product. However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, we will not refund any applicable delivery charges or your costs of returning the product. The refund will be in the same form as your original payment.
If you return a product by post, we will email you when we receive it. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven days of our receipt of the product.
If your garment is faulty please contact us as soon as you discover the fault at email@example.com
We will either repair, replace or refund the item within 10 days. Faults exclude damage to the garment incurred by the customer.
Once returned we will inspect the garment and then, at our discretion, we will decide if the garment can be repaired or not.
